Italian greyhound male Silvento Jason – Junior CH UA

Italian greyhound male Silvento Jason aka Senya – grey male from Odessa city – this weekend finished Junior Champion of UA title and won BOB 2 times being in competition in the ring. Italian sighthound rings were judged by (18 FEB) – Muntean Petru (Romania) and 19 FEB – Szutkiewicz Andrzej (Poland). Our congratulations to Jason’s best one owner – Julia and his handler Ekateryna. Belarus. Cirneco dell’Etna and Italian sighthound at IDS in Minks (BY)

We have 2 new Champions! Our Italian Sighthound Lucilla Forum Romanum and cirneco dell’Etna Creta del Gelso Bianco (import from Siciy) took part at double CACIB dog-shows in Minsk, Bearus. We can tell how it was funny when the car was broken in 50 from the boarder UA-BY how our appartments were cancelled in Minsk but there were more positive moments during this trip. We are thankful to the judges of PLI & Cirneco: Onishchenko and Paunovic – who judged cirneco ring and to Jurate Butkiene (LT) and Francisco Ruiz Rodrigue (Spain) who judged PLI ring as wel as to all my friends who helped me with my broken car far away from home and who supported me during the trip to Belarus and were with me till the last moment. Italian sighthound Lucci has finished Champion of Belarus title and our cirneco baby who is only 10 months old … and had competiotion with other cirneco in the ring from Russia and Finand was Best of Breed both days and became Junior Champion of Belarus. Our Italian greyhounds at the dog-shows in Kiev

Italian greyhounds of our kennel took part in CAC dog-show in Kiev (UA, 02.08.2014). Silvento Gaia, small star who entered ring for the first time, just 3,5 months old, and Silvento Euthenia who whelped just 1,5 months ago and was presented in her best shape in the ring being showed by Lidia Antonenko. Just wanna send my thanks to the owners of Gaia Iryna and Oleksands, for this small well behaved baby Gaia..to Elena Popova, well known handler who trained Gaia before the dog-show and to Lidia Antonenko (kl Altamiruas) for amazing showing of Zenya in the ring. Must admit that we had great fan team – Тanya and Dima who helped so much during the show. Happy about our results as well as about win of our friends at the show. Well done! Judge – Kryzhanovska N. Italian greyhounds of Silvento kl at the shows on June

We were so happy with our italian greyhound puppies that totally forgot about show news and our elder dogs. During this weekend there was a CACIB dog show in Dnepropetrovsk where Katya showed Lucilla Forum Romanum. Here are the results from the dog-show in Dnepropetrovsk city: Judge – Peter Harsanyi (Hungary) – 4 IGs 15/06/2014 Dnepropetrovsk, CACIB Lucilla Forum Romanum – exc  САС  BB  CACIB  ВОВ  BIG-1 My cograts to Katya and Sasha with Luci’s results. Not looking to her post-whelping period she looks great! Want to admit good result of IG from our E-litter. Silvento Eleusis was showed at the double CAC show in Kiev (June 7-8). He was not very successful on the first day and got VG but was showed well by his co-owner. During day 2 of the show Eleusis won the ring and became BIG-3 from 4 sighthounds. Well done! Ireland – Hound Association Of Ireland. Azzurra’s results

Italian greyhound – Azzurra Fiesta Ventura, our “granddaughter” from Silvento Diamantine Tenera that left to Ireland (County Donegal) 2 months ago was showed today for the first time in baby class at FCI Hound Association Of Ireland in Naas city. There were 6 italian greyhounds at the show, IGs were judged by Eli-Marie Klepp from Norway (podengo portuguese breeder of kennel Rosenhill’s). Azzurra got her very promissing mark, was liked by the judge and made us to feel proud of her first win! This italian greyhound was special for us from the begining – small, tender baby that was born in the home of my good friends, owners of Silvento Diamantine Tenera, co-owners of Luccila Forum Romanum – kennel “Fiesta Ventura” in Dnepropetrovsk city. Azzurra was a baby from the first litter of Fiesta Ventura kennel. We are thankful to Erin Fergus, owner of Azzurra, for all the care that Azzurra gets, for photos and good news and for sure for the desire to pass such a long way in order to show Azzura : )

Our grandchildren in KL Fiesta Ventura

We are happy to announce that in the kennel of our friends – 2 females of italian greyhound were born from the bitch out of our breeding – Silvento Diamantine Tenera, that lives in Dnepropetrovsk  and male imported from Latvia – Eledi Grace Rubiano. It was the first whelping for Tina and she coped with this with no problems. I’m proud of Katya and Sasha as it is their first litter in the kennel and quite a good one. They registered their kennel name only this year – Fiesta Ventura. It took more than a week for Katya and Sasha to give names for babies, so they got finally very nice names: Azzurra Fiesta Ventura and Alvera Fiesta Ventura, more info you may find in the section Puppies of out web-ste.

Silvento team in Kharkiv

While I stacked in Kiev due to work I had our Silvento team was showed in Kharkiv. All 3 puppies from our last litter – E were showed at that dog-shows: Silvento Euthenia, Silvento Eleusis and finally the smallest one – Silvento Eucleia. So team from Kiev was presented there by two dogs – Silvento Euthenia and Eleusis also our Dnepropetrovsk team came to Kharkiv with Silvento Diamantine Tenera and Luccila Forum Romanum and for sure Silvento Eucleia who lives in Kharkiv. Silvento Eleusis became best baby at the first day of the sow and Silvento Euthenia during the second day. Luccila Forum Romanum almost finished her title of Junior GRAND Champion of Ukraine and princess Silvento Diamantine Tenera became BOB, judged by Polivanov from Russia as well as BOB on the second day of the show judjed by Baklushin from Russia. Tina got her 9th BOB there and finished the title of Best Representative of the Breed in Ukraine and was BIG-1 during both days!!! I’m so proud of my girls and their owners – WELL DONE! And just happy that my dogs live by such responsible people, Katya and Sasha, Tanya, Natasha – my thanks to all of you! EURO SIGHTHOUND 2012, Poland

Our trip to F.C.I. Euro Sighthound was not the easiest one. This year F.C.I. Euro Sighthound was in Czestochowa, Poland. I put so much efforts to prepare this trip that didn’t sleep several days at all…too many problems with car registration for crossing the board, thule kit finding for my car, making the certificates for dogs to enter EU and hinally helping to the girls to get their visa, thanks god I had my still valid at that time schengen visa. After all trubles we met on our way we started at 4am by my car after only 2,5 hours of sleeping with Liuda Zarudna, taking Tanya Stanishcheva and Lida Antonenko on our way … After passing only 60 km from Kiev one member of our team fount out that forgot her passport : ) it could be really funny but actually wasn’t as we had to come back to Kiev and it was early morning already with traffic jams – so we lost 2 HOURS of our time… Way to the boarder Ukraine-Poland was easy, fast and not hard at all for me…BUT polish people are not so fast on roads, our GPS  decided to play with us like and Poland was just Labyrinth Minotaur for us due to this…so 1000 km instead of 12 hours took 16 hours of our time! When we came to the hotel it was late night already – the first thing we did was not shower or bed…no – we run to the nearest shop for the beer to selebrate our arriving. CAC show in Dnepropetrovsk

Our italian greyhound team in Dnepropetrovsk visited one more show today. 5 Italian Greyhounds were entered, ring was judged by Agafonova and our sweet Tina became Best of Breed, Luci was second in the class and during the Bests Tina became Best in Group -1 and won beautiful cup. We are thankful to Katya and Sasha for showing our girls at the shows. Italian greyhounds. 2011 Silvento results

It is our tradition to sum our result of the year each year! This 2011 year brought to us really good result and i really dont know whit what to start..so probably let’s start with our show results: – We visited 29 dog-shows this year and 10 of them were abroad; – Our italian greyhounds gained 9 titles this year, among them: Junior Champion of Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Junior Winner of Ausrtia, Junior Winner of Sighthounds club of Austria, Crufts 2012 nomitation; – We participated at the dog shows in France, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Russia; – Our Silvento Kennel will be 5 years old in a few weeks; – We expect 3 additions to our kennel this year – the first one will be in January 15; – We already entered our dogs to the planned 10 dog-shows for the year 2012 – in Austria, Bielarus, Russia, Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkiv, WORLD DOG SHOW and other small shows in UA and several other abroad and it is just our plans till sumer – the rest will be decided later! but if to go into details… 1) begining of 2011 – January, after SKI-hollidays in Alps I went to Poland and already in the morning was drinking tea and looking to small playing monster – Hellica Forum Romanum … so this is the way how 2011 year started for us! 2) end of March, I’m driving to the biggest dog-show in Russia (Moscow) – “Eurasia – 2011”, Iggis were judged by Adriana Griffa from Italy.
